Subject: How much is owed to the contestants in scholarships from the 100th Anniversary year including the 100th Anniversary Miss America? Is that what she meant by paying only those debts that pertain to the reputation of Miss America? Causes there are a lot of contestants who have gotten screwed out of their scholarships. I would think to preserve MAO's reputation they should have been paid FIRST.

A lot of contestant debt could have been paid with that missing $200,000.

The scholarships are not part of the debt outlined in the purchase agreement. Perhaps they should have been but they are not listed nor included in the pledged amount. The MAF played the shell game to stay relevant and now the unfunded scholarships of the past are not on the ledger. MAF failed in their duties. Shantel and her BOD failed in their duties. Not Robin's problem. The Pledge situation allows Robin to negotiate and determine the legitimacy of each claimed debt and those she determines are legal she will pay on her timetable as you see there is no deadline for that to happen. Seems you think she has to pay asap but that is not the deal. VEry telling that out of those 100 pages this is what you focus on. I suggest you read the Kerri Will lawsuit based on Straubs' attempt to put her into a sex for money contract, got her fired when she refused. (NT)No name
