STOP WITH THE DRAMA. This happens all the time. Companies are on the verge of bankruptcy and can't find a buyer, so they sell off whatever assets or intellectual property they may have so that the creditors get something, rather than nothing. What Robin did is not unethical and happens all the time in the business world and with companies in financial distress, as MAO was at the time. When it comes to the lawsuit between Robin and Glenn, there are different facts and circumstances that will dictate the outcome. But to say that what Robin did in buying MAO was unethical, PLEASE!
