I'd say Gretchen Carlson. She started the damaging changes with her vision, and the rest after her have only harmed it more. But I would put the blame for MAO's present condition on Ms. Carlson. (NT)No name

    And the thing is Gretchen knew what the pageant was like the year she competed and gave up her crown: the energetic opening numbers, contestants in modest one-piece swimsuits, (that represented such a small percentage of their score) the glamor of the evening gown competition, and the magic of the phenominal closing numbers. How she lived through all that and made the pageant totally unrecognizeable from what fans loved for years and years is beyond my comprehension. If she herself had never been in a pageant and experienced the exhilaration of being crowned and walking down that long runway, it would have been a different story. (NT)No name
