 As far as the temporary injunction goes, the Judge ruled today. He has sided with Glenn and believes there is reasonable evidence that Glenn is the rightful owner and will prevail in the long run on this case as being the rightful owner.

Judge doesn’t remove Robin at the moment but gives Glenn access to all the financial books including Quickbooks and access to the IP info. Judge orders that Robin cannot switch anything like the SUNBIZ or anything else related to Miss America.

Robin gets to run this Miss America pageant to keep the continuity If Glenn wants, judge will appoint a neutral third party “corporate Monitor” to also have access to all the books and to make sure that Robin complies with everything in the order.

In short, Glenn wins and will likely prevail in the “real” trial of who owns Miss America. At that point, when he wins the future second trial, he will be able to fire Robin completely at that point.

As far as someone monitoring PBC Clerk of Courts office filing that was just posted publicly and posting the judge’s orders, as much as we love this posters promptness, we are still reading it ourselves. Straub’s Palm Beach Polo Club “Minions”, as we have been called, did not nor did we advise to post this. As always, we will be transparent and eventually provide you further details. We have been emailing the ED’s directly most of the time and not on this board but with this ruling, we will happily provide updates to all of you on this forum when time allows. I predict this will not go to trial and Robin will forfeit because now that she can’t hijack the accounts and funds she will not be able to afford to continue to fight this in trial. Also I don’t think she will want to stay on and work with Glenn because of her ego. Why would anyone stay involved in her position? She may as well bow out gracefully after this upcoming pageant. All the things Straub wanted that would support him taking control were denied. The court also found no harm by Robin and found she is the status quo. The court specifically did not rule that HE is the owner. It held that IF the allegations he claims are TRUE re: ownership then there is a likelihood that the jury could believe them and find that he owns the pageant. That likelihood finding is necessary for the ct to issue even a limited ruling granting relief. He won nothing. Status quo remains. Big blow to his claim that Robin stole money. If that had been proven the court would have removed her immediately. BIG LOSS FOR GLENN AND THE ONLY INDICATION OF HOW THIS JUDGE SEES THE FACTS. HE IS NOT GUESSING! HIS RULING DEMONSTRATES HE THINKS THAT CLAIM IS FALSE. UNLIKE THE STANDING ISSUE WHERE HE PLACED THE CAVEAT "IF TRUE". THE COURT FLAT OUT DENIED HIS DEMAND TO REMOVE ROBIN AND SHE WAS CAUSING HARM. COURT TIPPED ITS HAND ON WHO IT THINKS WILL WIN ON THE FACTS.. (NT)No name
