This is flat wrong. We inquired of the pageant and were told there would not be one. My daughter qualifies in age. So just skip the pageant when you have girls that qualify and want to compete and then pick a 19 year old that does not qualify. Allison would never allow this. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
