Still looks like they are struggling to get participants. Tennessee looks like they had a good turn out but most of the others looked like around 7 candidates. Our local MOA pageants are attracting way more than their State so far. I thought for sure more would gravitate toward Volunteer but it didn't happen in our state. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
