Why fake that you're representing an area you don't have a connection to? Before you know it, there will be a Miss Guam, Miss Virgin Islands or Miss Puerto Rico because someone owns a timeshare there. Allison needs to think about this bad precedent she has started. It leaves me with bad feelings about the Volunteer system.
