Subject: Yes! If offering a free live stream, then they need to stop with the family singing live and put on some sponsored commercials breaks. Let the family sing for the in person audience on prelim nights, but what is aired has to do better. The camera angles are poor, the camera shots showing Alison backstage, Jay seems inebriated… It comes across as state pageant. And the only singers and dancers that should be on that stage are the talent of the girls competing for the title. I love the idea of the live band but it has to be well rehearsed. For SS the band sounded off rhythm and key.

I hope Alison will step back and look at the production in an objective way and ask herself, "Could this be a primetime show on network TV?" Right now, the answer is no.
