Subject: Volunteer is like a county fair pageant. The talent scoring is an insult to women who really have talent. While MAO is out promoting winners who are doctors, Nuclear Engineers, and USAF pilots, volunteer is promoting the girl who looks hottest at the local amusement park.

There's nothing wrong with that. Miss America still exists if you want talent and interview to be your emphasis.
