Thanks for your note. I haven't seen this type of bag since I was growing up. May have been commonplace at one time but seems to be rare now. I have made comments on your reply below.

I was not held down although occasionally I would have my shoulders pushed down to increase the flow. I knew that if I did not comply there would be a cane waiting for me and it all would be repeated again. So was better just to get it over with.

There was not a rinse enema like if I had constipation. Those were given with a standard bag and I did get a rinse after one of those. But for punishment there wasn't a rinse and I am sure the intention was to deal with the residual nasty cramps that occurred.

Not sure about any of this but it was a punishment that made you think before you considered offending again for sure.
