Got many enemas growing up. Being the oldest one I knew when my siblings or cousins got or was going to get an enema.

Just the opposite of you Lisa. The boys received far more enemas than the girls did.

Especially my cousin! It seemed he was always getting an enema from my (nurse) aunt.

I don’t remember when one of the girls was in a grouchy mood, fighting, crying and such got an enema.

But when one of the boys was acting up he was immediately told was going to get an enema.

The same seemed to be true for my friends.

Many times when at a friends house I know her mom was going to give her younger brother an enema. When he was getting an enema she would tell me she has only gotten one a few times. But he got enemas often.

When I came home from school many times the wet enema bulb, or bag, was airing out. So I knew one of my brothers got it.
