Kain stiffens, her tall body snapping straight vertical and lips leaping away from greyish-ivory teeth in a surprised grimace. She attempts to lengthen the twisted smile, only succeeding in further contorting it. So, the rider settles for the slight, cold one, remaining eye glinting with inner thought. A gloved hand - black as the rest of her attire - lifts and pats against the back of the slightly younger S'sha's upper back, the spindly fingers clinging slightly to the crevice between the shoulderblades. Other than that, Kain moves little.

They part, and the older woman finds herself booked toward the small contingent. She trails after her friend and stands nearby, once again upright and silent. Raideth rumbles deep in her throat to Kylith's greeting, bowing her head before backing off the ledge and winging up into the morning. Kain's head tilts to watch the shadowy green. -I am going to find our weyr, then I shall rest.-

-Yes,- murmurs the rider in response, before refocusing her attention upon R'jari, who she offers her tight attempted smile to, as well.
