Yes I was spanked bare bottom across both mom's and dad's knees in my teens. I got spanked for breaking curfew, fighting with my sister, misbehaving at school or misbehaving in general. It happened a couple of times that I bullied another girl at school and those times belonged to those few times I felt I really deserved it.
Did they help? No, I felt humiliated, diminished and shame. In my teens I had huge complex for my big bottom and feeling my panties being pulled down was really awful. It have been difficult to have a good relationship with my parents as an adult.
I am sure that the spankings contributed to that I am a spanko today and I am not sorry for that at all but that's the only positive that came out from it. I know many other women have very different experiences.

Same here, JenniAnn. The few spankings I got as a teen made me feel very shamed and humiliated, and that was mom's and dad's intention. The idea was that if we had done something bad, then we were supposed to be ashamed and feel very bad about it. My parents did not get super weird, but they also did not do much to spare us our dignity.

I hated those experiences, but they made me the spanko I am today.
