I ask because the situations are different. I don't believe my mother "got off" on spanking my sister and I when we were kids. I have my reasons to believe some of the teachers who spanked when I was going to school enjoyed it a little more than they should. I know in my relationship with my wife, we switch and as much as she enjoys being on the receiving end, she really gets into spanking me.
