I'm in my late teens and I get it with my dad's paddle at what he calls the paddling wall. His instructions to me after lecture is over is "Ok Allison, remove your jeans and step out of your panties." Then I face the wall bare ass, hands on head to think about my offense and why I'm going to be punished. Then dad steps back in, picks up the paddle and steps over to the wall. Ok Allison, hands flat on the wall, feet apart. He announces the number of swats then he begins to apply his paddle soundly to my bare ass. Embarrassing and painful which I believe is exactly the experience he is going for.

I have to admit, I haven't been disciplined when I didn't deserve it. It's certainly not fun but it does teach accountability. It sure does burn though.
