 Back in 2012-2013, I live in an apartment building in Garland Texas and had the ocassional visitor drop by to get their bottom warmed. I never had any complaints from my neighbors about noise. This apartment building backed up to a busy interstate freeway and I figured that was the reason no one could hear what was going on.

I pulled up in the parking lot one day and saw a woman buckling her child into a car seat while fussing at him. Then she said it, "If you don't behave yourself I going to take you upstairs to 2C (my apartment number)!"
