With 15 years the boy will be in the midst of his puberty and the mother will have to stand her ground with relentlessness. Yet, the boy's disobedience can be no ground to abstain from this very necessary control. I believe the boy should be grounded and deprived of his electronic devices. Where necessary, a sharp slap in the face could be in order. I think this would bring back the cooperation of the boy very quickly.
