Hello Katherine - welcome to the board and it's good to see someone else from England. I am up in North Yorkshire.

My spanking days were some time ago now, and the climate is even more anti-spanking than it was then. I used to think I was the last spanking parent in the world, but when I went online I found there were still lots of us. There was a man who replied "Well Done!" every time I reported that I had spanked my son. It sounds silly now, but that really meant something to me.

I wouldn't advise using a hairbrush like I did, because it can bruise. I never meant it too, and my Jack was never black and blue, but it did happen occasionally. I was going to advise you to talk to Mark, who gets very satisfactory results with a slipper, and I see you have done that.
