I do not think spanking is that common anymore like it used to be. Yes mothers do spank but not like they used to many years ago. It also depends on geographic location. More mothers spank in rural areas than who live in big cities. I live in a city and do spank my 14 year old son bare bottom when needed and also his spankings are administered over my knees with him fully nude as extra punishment. I do not think many mother spank like that today. If more spankings were administered their children would not be getting into trouble.
