Bedtime can be hard sometimes on a Sunday night getting Adam back on his school bedtime and it was last night with my son who is 11.

I have his bedtime at 8 pm for school nights. He was not happy about going to bed and argued "I'm in 6th grade!" “no body else goes to bed this early.” I told him again, that it will change when he can show me he go to bed regularly without an issue and can get up in the morning without me having to wake him repeatedly. Until then, it will stay where it's at and he will be continued to be spanked when he gives me trouble over it.

Here bedtime spankings usually happen one of two ways. Arguing with me when I let him know it's time for bed or he continues to find reasons to not stay in bed after he is put down. This spanking was for the 2nd. Well, for the most part, at least. He was first not happy about going to bed, but after some hard swats (which got him to cry) and threat of a spanking, he went down without more argument. But it is then he tried 'using any excuses to get out of bed'. However I put a stop to it right away. He first told me he wanted to go to the bathroom, which I did allow, but I told him, after waiting for him to come out of the bathroom, that if he came out of his bedroom for anything else, even to go to the bathroom, Mommy would give him a spanking." With his arguing already about bedtime, I knew he didn't want to be in bed and was just looking for reasons not to go to sleep. So I knew he really didn't need to go. And anything else he would say would just be more reasons not to go to bed. So I let him know upfront that he would be spanked.

Well, he didn't come out at all, but knowing how he was that night, I decided to check up on him to see if he was actually in bed. And sure enough, I caught him playing on his Nintendo handheld game! I was so upset! When I walked in he was faced away from the door, mostly covered by his covers, and he quickly threw the unit off the side of the bed. I didn't see it yet, but saw he threw something off the bed and went over and picked it up. I of course immediately got the “I’m soorryy!!! Please don’t spank me!!” But I let him know that's exactly what I was going to do, give him a good, sound spanking.

After getting my hairbrush, I sat on his bed, took off his pj bottoms (he doesn't wear underwear to bed), pulled him over my lap and proceeded to spank him long and hard with my hand. The hand spanking was given rapid fire and very hard, my hand was raining down good, hard cracks alternating butt cheeks and spanking across the crack with my hand as always. And like normal, it didn't take long into my hand spanking for him to begin wailing and crying loudly. Unfortunately for him, though, I continued to hand spank him well past that. The spanking was worse than a regular spanking, but not a lot. I was pretty upset with him about sneaking about playing the game, but still considered the overall behavior closer towards standard naughtiness than something really serious. When going to the hairbrush, it was much like with my hand. Given longer and harder than a standard hairbrush spanking, but not much more so. But of course it was for him he was yelling and crying Loud toddler bawling! Just like it always is for the kids it was for him the worst ever, the most recent spanking is always the worst one. He was kicking and flailing frantically with his left hand I had hold of his right on my lap while wailing and screaming loudly while I spanked him long and hard with my brush. Giving all areas good attention, including his sit-spots.

After the spanking was over, and his dance portion ended we did cuddle for a bit, but it didn't take long for him to fall asleep in my lap, which is when I tucked him in. When I checked on him later on, I found he threw his covers off and was laying face down on his bed, his shiny, apple red bottom and upper thighs pointing straight up. So cute! :)
