 Even though my neighbor Julie and I haven't known each other that long, we are already becoming close friends and our kids are becoming friends with each other as well. Especially my 8 year old son Jake and her two similarly aged boys who are 8 and 10. The boys want to have some sleepovers soon which naturally raises the question of how discipline should be handled should the boys misbehave together.

After recently witnessing me give my son his first spanking, Julie says she is impressed with me as a new spanker and I have full permission to spank her kids when they get into trouble under my supervision. It honestly feels like a huge honor as though she asked me to be her maid of honor or Godmother to her children. And of course it was a no-brainer for me to also give Julie full spanking permission for my kids as well.

Julie also mentioned that whenever I need to give one of her kids a spanking, she will be giving them another follow-up spanking when they get home to ensure they understand how to behave as a guest in someone else's home.

Some questions for the other moms here. Do you give any other adults permission to spank your kids? And if so, do you also give your kids follow-up spankings afterwards like Julie does? Personally I'm undecided whether or not I should do the same. Can't say I fully understand the logic behind it since most offenses just get one spanking rather than two. But I do trust Julie a lot and usually follow her lead. It also seems like it might be a bit unfair for my kids to be less punished when misbehaving at Julie's house than Julie's kids will be when misbehaving at mine. I want to know how normal follow-up spankings are among the other moms on this forum and if most of you do it then I probably will do it too.

Also do you think I should go easier when spanking Julie's kids because I know they are gonna get another spanking from Julie? Should I also go easier when giving a follow-up spanking to my kids because they already got a good spanking from Julie?

What do the rest of you think?
