M'telle rubs his hands together, before knitting the fingers and drawing his knees up to his chest, hugging them close. He nods, finding himself drawn to body language and expressions to match the mute greenrider. Blue eyes roam the muscular planes of R'ven's chest and arms with little shyness and a good deal of sweet relief. The bluerider tilts his head at the look, then turns his own gaze onto Harilath. The little dragon is oblivious, and M'telle feels a happy peace filling the pit of his stomach. For a few moments, he just smiles at the blue, before a single tear treks down his boyish face. He scrubs it away with a sharp gack noise, pretending as if it were something caught in his eye.

When R'ven jerks, M'telle jumps back to attention, lips parted in surprise. 'You oka-' he begins, but the gesture puts his initial spark of worry at ease. He nods, and takes a glimpse of the sleeping Ki. In order to find another conversation topic, he gestures towards the hatchling green and asks, 'When do they usually first get proddy?'
