Hi Alex
Years of walking barefoot have given my children's feet graceful high arches and smooth tough leather pads on the balls, heels and toes shining in the sun ... fortunately no cracks, no rough or hard spots.
When I go to town with my children they're barefoot most of the year, it's a great pleasure for me to walk behind them and watch their bare soles gradually getting black. My 12 year old daughter loves that look in particular, she takes time to file her nails and occasionally paints them too, trying out different shades, then I had to chuckle as I saw her blackening her soles in a parking garage before meeting her friends ...
My sons don't seem to spend much effort on their feet but look great and natural anyway.
As my children come home they wipe their feet of course but a bit of dark (almost) always remains on their soles.
