Subject: CC that _doesn't_ need to be turned on at keyboard!

Hi!

Just picked up a CC that boots (or rather 'boings', turns the power LED on, starts the HD and sits there, with no screen display) as soon as the mains power is applied, before the kbd power switch is pressed, and even before a kbd is plugged in.

Happens with two different logic boards.

Any suggestions, folks?
