Subject: 3.3 volt regulator help

I have my CC ready for a 6400/200 motherboard. I am currently using an LC580 logic-board in it. Can some tell me if I can buy the 3.3volt regulator circuit pre-assembled? and ready to wire in? also how much current does the 3.3v circuit draw without any PCI cards present?
I have a power supply from a Pacard bell 486 that I think I can fit in the case, I was going to use it for the hard drive and would like to know if I can provide the 3.3volts with this power supply. I'd also like to know if anyone has replaced their floppy with an IDE ls-120 drive, will the logic-board support both a master & slave device? help me get this crash prone PC off of my desk PLEASE!
