 Meria- curiosity mostly. they are mostly harmless so long as we don't do anything stupid while they are watching.

Kibelle- the people here opted to keep them around after the Spirits had gone, but they expanded their watches out of the desert and into the areas all around the main city. they span to all four oceans, but do not hit the other continent.
