eddie take all this info we have fed you and lay it out . we will just need to pick on one set of rules that are layed out. but do not have to many stipulations to make it confusing. but i still say no times. everybody will know where they fit. and they can make there own race. hey i think i have said this before . last time i post about it. also i think there should be a timeline set this year to the rules to be made. so come 2004 they are in stone and no way to change. what is writen is it. come 2005 they can be changed again if needed. later hoghead. i have to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
