Gents, FYI, the following is a basic summer of today's Pres. Trump News briefing (and followup):

SUMMARY OF PRESIDENT TRUMP and CORONAVIRUS Task Force UPDATES (3/20/2020):
• Stats: Comparatively, the US has a very low incidence of death.
• WORLDWIDE CASES (3/20/2020): 254,653 (up 16,500 last 24 hours); Deaths: 10,415 (up 596 last 24 hours).
• US CONFIRMED CASES (3/20/2020): 14,250 (up 3000 last 24 hours). US Total deaths: 205 (up 48 in last 24 hours). Majority of CORONAVIRUS recoveries in US is greater than other countries. Numbers of infected will rise with the increase of testing citizens.
• ITALY AND THE US had their first case of CORONAVIRUS on the same date. Pres Trump closed borders; Italy did not. Italy has over 3,000 deaths to date (US 205). Health experts have greatly effective in curtail the rate of spreading the virus compared to all other countries. We are hearing very positive things from our testing.
• US BORDERS are closed for Canada and Mexico for as long as necessary: All non-US citizens at the border will be turned away immediately, pushed back or returned to their countries of origin. AGRICULTURE WORKERS (green cards) will be allowed to cross the border to help with harvests.
• TRAVEL: All International Travel by US Citizens should be avoided. US Citizens who travel abroad may be unable to return due to airlines’ restrictions and banned borders.
• GOVERNMENT: PRESIDENT TRUMP: We are not talking about a thousand-dollar check, but much more than that. The risk of CORONAVIRUS in the US is very low (President Trump: except for very young and old. “Do not be afraid, be vigilant in following guidelines.”). Every healthy person does not need to be tested. We want people with symptoms to get tested. If concerned, call your doctor. We will update the status of testing tomorrow.
• PAID SICK LEAVE - At no cost to the employer.
DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACE invoked to fund business. Don’t think a nationwide lockdown may be necessary.
• FDA VETTING DRUGS now available that may treat or stop CORONAVIRUS (not a cure). Chloroquine is a synthetic form of quinine that has been around since 1947 to treat malaria seems to be very encouraging in tests. [One test patient that seemed close to death had a rapid reversal and it was like a “Lazarus” moment.]
• INVESTIGATIONS: Begin regarding government and civilian who sold their stock immediately prior to the virus announcement.
• PRESIDENT TRUMP rips media for Fake News, saying they are failing in their duty to the country to report truth.
• DISINFORMATION: China, Russia and Iran, trying to shift blame for CORONAVIRUS to US and US military--the world knows the truth of this. Coronavirus is a China-virus in origin.
