Subject: VA appointment

I am looking for thoughts on the following.
I called yesterday to the VA Hospital that I use.
They have call center. I said need to make an appointment with my Dr., he said what is wrong said make an appointment with Dr. I will transfer you to Nurse, said I need apt he said for what I said have some tags on my scalp I would like to be seen. My regular appointment is in Feb. he said don't they will do your yearly check up too early. I said 2 months? then goes to asking me questions about pain and I said they itch and bleed some whrn I scratch them. He said I can get you into walk in clinic I said I would like to see my reg. Dr.
He said in rough voice ok next Wed. at 1:30 I said could I have your name please he said alresdy give you that. I said I must have missed it. He sai I am not giving it out again.
I thought more about this I called and cancelled the appointment. I wqill go to reg appt. and who would I talk to.

I know this is long but need some input. I think he was looking to argue with someone.
