Out on the street she hears a strange sound and looks in that direction. Rabid comes whistling down the street riding her scooter.

"Morning Mayor, its a fine one too isn't it!"

"um...sure....ya it is" KM prepares to be hit as she knows the time is running out on the bitch contest. Rabid breaks out into a giggle.

"no worries Mayor, I dropped out of the bitch contest. This scooter is so much fun I couldn't help myself" she demonstrates her point by riding circles around the Mayor. Scully and Mulder appear from around the corner. Walking hand in hand.

"Morning all" Mulder calls out. "What a nice scooter you have Rabid"

"Thanks, they are sooooo much fun. You have got to try one" Rabid circle goes wider to enclose M and S too.

"Thats okay, we are having a lot of fun as it is" Mulder hugs Scully who blushes and giggles. The Mayor tries desperatly to hide her smile. Can't smile during Bitch week.

The group stand chatting ont he corner as Rabid rides merrily around them. Each time she passes her circle gets a little wider, and soon she is riding around the whole town square. A grey dot is seen on the horizen. It moves closer and grows bigger. Soon the dot is recognised to be kande on her bike. Scully dives in behind Mulder trying to hide.

"Oh damn, kandes on her way. She is a nice girl and everything but I am definatly not interested" Scully whispers.

"kande...a nice girl....?" kenamom asks dubiously. Then the thought strikes her that this might be her last chance to score some points for the bitch festival. And score some Scully points wouldn't hurt ether, even though the Mayor is not gay nor an american, a friend in the FBI might be helpfull. Her eyes close into slits as kande nears. What can she do......

kande riding along spies the group chatting, her vision closes in on Scully and she breaks out into a wide smile.

"SCULLY....YOU HOOOOOO SCULLY" kande turns her bike towards them and speeds up. Not noticing she is in the direct path of a happy scooter riding Rabid.

"WATCH OUT!" the group yells "KANDE...SLOW DOWN"

"slow down your BIKE" Scullys yells.

kandes ears perk up, still hard of hearing she only choses to hear one word, and she hears it wrong. "LIKE....Scully said she likes me!!!"

kande pedels faster. The group, unable to stop the collision, cover their eyes.

CRASH. kande runs into an innocent Rabid who does a full one and a half gainer with a twist before landing on the street. Scully runs over to her and leans over her.

"Are you okay?"

"My arm....I think I broke my arm"

"Scully takes a closer look and then nods, "I think your right, your arm is definatly broken. Mulder pick her up and carry her to our house. I can set her arm there and then we will look after her till she gets better."

"of course dear" Mulder picks up Rabid gently in his strong arms and carries her off with Scully behind wheeling the broken scooter.

"ouch...hey...I scratched myself...Scully?" kande calls after them.

"Well thank you very much......"kenamom growls at kande.

"What?"

"I need points for the Bitch out and you keep stealing my thunder .....you....you......BI" kenamom stops herself. "no not going to do it...what can I do quickly...time is running out....."

kenamom looks desperatly around and kande climbs back on to her bike.

"I am not even entered Mayor, why does everyone want to make me out to be one, when I am not?"

Just then Stardoe comes out of the library wher she witnessed the incident from the window.She is holding a stopwatch up in the air.

"TIME" she screams "THE BITCH OUT IS OFFICIALLY OVER. THE SCORECARDS WILL BE TALLYED AND THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT KANDES KLUB TONIGHT"

kenamom glares at kande.
