Brushing the gravel off her skinned knee, the irate Mayor turns to see KS lounging against the wall of the klub, a hat shading her face.

"That's gonna cost you, Bubba!" she hollers.

KS looks around innocently. "Who are you talking to Mayor?" she says sweetly.

KM points a shaking finger at KS. There is a smear of mud on her right cheeck and her knee is dripping blood. "Just you wait until you-don't-know-who gets here," she warns. "Then you'll have that mysterious person to deal with PLUS a 500 dollar fine!"

KS takes a tootsie pop out of her mouth with soft 'pop'. "Are you refering to the person who's mentioned in this here fax?" she asks, waving it just out of the Mayor's reach.

Meanwhile...Kande is trying to figure out the SMH clone's PDA. "Hmm...this one had lunch with CW on Friday. Wonder what that means?"

"It means there was a fish fry at the new place down the street," CW says from behind her. Kande jumps a foot in her chair.

"Gosh darn it, CW," she whines. "Don't sneak up on a person like that."

"Why?" CW asks. "Do you have someone locked up in the closet who might need rescuing and any minute some unknown person is going to come in and cosh you on the back of the head and you'll fall down to the ground with a concussion and while you're weak and incoherent the rescued person and the rescuee will stand over you arguing whether or not to kill you and you'll be lying there wishing your sister was around to pound them and just then..."

"Something like that," Kande replies weakly.
