CW coshes Kande over the head...

...but the feisty Klub owner show a bit of that mettle that has made her Sister a scourge to man, beast, mad scientist and lady Mayor of Shipperville and fails to go down for the count. Frustrated, CW coshes her a few more times in quick succession. Finally, Kande fails to get up. CW slides her cosh back into the center of a skein of wool and walks briskly to the closet door.

After checking right, left and then right again. CW uses her thinnest knitting needles and hastily picks the lock on the closet door. There is a satisfying click and CW jiggles the handle. Her intricate work with the needles has managed to LOCK the previously unlocked closet door. CW curses bitterly and return to her task.

Meanwhile, Kande has come to and is surreptitiously inching toward the front door of the Klub.

Meanwhile, also, Kenamom and The Sister Formerly Known as Kande's are gathered in a basement lit only by one overhead 100 watt bulb swinging on a chain.

"Let's go over it again," TSFKAK's says, pointing at KM with the cherry red bulb of a tootsie pop.

"It doesn't make any sense," KM asserts staring at the white board covered with an intricate maze of erasable marker comments in a variety of colors.

"Okay," TSFKAK's remarks, "We know about the haircut and the harpoon incident. And this," she traces her finger along as green line to an intersection with a blue one, "is where they kidnapped me for illicit experimentation."

"So, this," KM says circling her finger around a series of random purple symbols and numbers, "would be one of them at the Klub."

"Looks like more than one of them to me," TSFKAK's comments pointing to various points on the white board, "See here's that first symbol and here's the third one. And over here are the last two."

"Why aren't those two purple?"

"Well, cause we hadn't made the connection yet, had we?"

"I think you should smudge them off and put them in again in the right color."

"Look, the color is not important," TSFKAK's growls. "What is important is this!" She has followed the web of multicolored thread to one major intersection of yellow, blue, purple, green, black, orange, pink and magenta. Picking up the final marker TSFKAK's circles the location in red and looks over at the Mayor.

"OMG!" KM says looking back at TSFKAK's, "It's...it's..."

Meanwhile, again, back at the Klub, CW succeeds in picking the lock and turns the door handle. Kande halfway to the front entrance of the Klub hears the telltale squeak of hinges and hits the deck. There is a sound like 20 assorted bodies, stacked higgledy-piggledy, like sardines in a too small can, spilling out of an overstuffed closet. CW's scream is cut off abruptly and Kande rises from the floor and sprints for the open streets of Shipperville without a backward glance.
