They fired rounds after rounds at the beast with the axe and where the axe struck home (be it Soldier-Class Mechs or Mindless Cargo Drones buzzing uselessly about)the non-entities were sliced in half. CO's Steele and Hamm cringed with the costs of repairing all this damage...

But part of the squadron had already brought the beasts to a halt, now they focused on their true reason for being in the docking bay...the figure in black who was pouring the hardening fluid all behind them...cutting off their retreat they feared.

Quickly they ran to the side and divided up as the demons were led away by the security personnel. The soldiers fired at the humanoid and he merely dodged to their left and right spraying them with the black fluid.

CO Hamm noted that the situation was quickly becoming dire. Whatever this creature was had to be stopped. He gave the order for extreme prejudice and they all opened fire at the black ship and the little running humanoid...
