The Autobot lawyer sat still, letting the suspense build. He wanted to let the right amount of time to transpire before he made his move. It was now that time, he stood up from his chair.

"Your honor, I would like to call my first witness, Tim Langston"

A man stands from one of the benches near the front, and proceeds to the front of the court.

"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?"

"I do"

The witness took his seat, as Masonite approched.

"Mr. Langston, you are a security guard in the brig, is that correct?"

"It is."

"Did you handle the bringing in of Dinotron when he was first captured."

"No, I didn't, but I was one of the guards that helped check him into the Brig, and put him in his cell"

"One of the guards? So multiple ones were needed?"

"That is correct. It is security policy to have at least 2 guards with every prisoner, but this case was special, so we had four"

"So he had 4 guards on him at all times?"

"Yes"

"That would mean that the Warden considered him a threat, would it not?"

"Yes sir. This case was to be treated with the utmost procaution, we were told he was very dangerous"

"Do you see any evidence of this Predacon being 'dangerous'"

"He had made several aggressive moves against security while we were trying to lock him up."

"Where were you when Lieutenant Rotor decided to teleport the defendent's engine out of his body?"

"I was near him, trying to contain the prisoner"

"In your proffesional oppinion, was it necissary?"

"...yes, I think it was. He had already attack one of us sir, and he had to be stopped."

"Thank you, Mr. Langston."

Masonite took his seat.
