His blue eyes lingered on her as she spoke, smile creases appearing around them as she told him what she'd said, amused but also touched. it meant a lot to him that she would take him on when he;d always told her she didnt have to be responsible to him. He nodded a touch as she told him she'd look after him, nodding gratefully before he let his eyes slide closed, just resting them- not sleeping, squeezing her fingers as he took int he oxygen, letting his strength build up a little.
