I know you said you do not expect replies but I am going to reply anyway.
I left SS last year, not publicly, I just picked up and left. I am not a pig and I do not enjoy wallowing in mud, and that wat it has become, a mudpile, not to use harsher words out of respect to you. Trust me, my Jewish temper is no better then Irish :-) and I didn't want to stoop to the level of those bashers.
I have noticed the same tendencies on the KHC B-board and I am thinking of stopping going there too. Especially after I have come across several racial remarks, not aimed at me, but even in general it was ugly.
I know how you feel, physically and emotionally, I have the same fears of not being seen as a person, of being frowned upon and treated differently or ignored completely. I told you last year that your site is a safe haven for people who like the show and enjoy it without politics and dirt and insults.
You do run a fantastic site, but if you were not *you* this site wouldn't be. Period. So -- I have been coming here for almost three years now and I am going to keep coming and talking and enjoying being here. I always look forward to *talking* to you via posts, and if you in need of further ranting, please feel free to e-mail me privately.
Take care of yourself and your girls, they need their mom. Feel better, I will say a prayer for you.
