Maybe they shouldn't have built them below sealevel and maybe they should have bought federal flood insurance. The government can't save everyone from themselves. Of course they could all go live on top of a mountain but then when that mountain top blows off they will be looking for the government to come save them. people have come way too dependent on the government(taxpayers) to save them from their own foolishness. Anybody out there with a $50,000 income want to buy a $500,000 house with no money down and 2% interest for the first couple of years.....and no principal payments either.
