Been at this for years, and the results for NANs have always been all over the place. Kids that never even place at a feis or are in prelim get recalled, open kids who regularly place well at feisanna and the Oireachtas miss the recall, or place way down. I am not blaming anything in particular for this in this post, just letting you know our experience.

  • This is also true at Worlds level - people are surprised when O Top 10 dancers miss the recall, but there are more than 20 regions worldwide, so around 200 Top 10 dancers, and only 50 recall places by the old system. (NT) -- ., 07:24:12 12/13/24 Fri
