Happy New Year, buddy.
I was just coming over here to post about this myself, my hubby alerted me of it. It was initially reported it was just a vacation but now, rumors are flying every which way. Frankly, i am going to take these reports with a grain of salt until one of their spokespeople confirms it. You know how it is.
Also, i personally dont see anything wrong with getting married on Christmas, Hannukah, Easter, Passover, Kwanzaa on any other holiday.It doesn't denounce the holiday, it adds to it, in my opinion. This way, one has more than one thing to celebrate that day for the rest of their lives (one would hope lol)
I must say though, that Gawker had a pretty humorous, tongue-in-cheek article about the whole thing. Check it out:

Cracked me up, especially the part: "The Telegraph reports that, like the couple's children, Karan's Parrot Cay estate is "styled in a hybrid Indonesian/African style."
and "if you wanted to get married at Donna Karan's house without any news outlets or Donna Karan knowing about it, Christmas does seem like the perfect day to do it."
Anyhow, if they did get married, good for them, and i hope they release a pic or two from it.
