Subject: Questions for the Creditors' Meeting

For anyone going to the creditors' meeting, I think that there are various questions that would be of interest to the readers of this forum:

- How does the liquidation / name-change affect current members and their rights?
- Why have all of the UVC companies undergone a name-change?
- Are there any investigations pending, eg. criminal, DTI?
- Is any move being made to disqualify the Parker/Goddard trio from being directors?
- Has the money invested in Portsonachan Hotel been included in the accounts?
- How does the liquidation affect the other companies in the former UVC group?
