Looks like you found some pretty good resources and banners below.

I personally like the Bahama's Banner. You're right, it is on the simple side. Sometimes simple makes the best banners.

Based on the Lower Gwynedd, it loks like you have some experience putting a web page together. Hopefully, you'll extend some of that knowledge to what we learn on Saturday.
