The blue and yellow in the banner complements one another even though the 2 colors are not directly across from one another on the color wheel. It follows the 2nd formula for ecommerce success - selecting the most appropriate colors for the product or services (blue ocean, yellow fish) and it is definitely symbolic to what the Bahamas will offer.

The banner on this page follows the color content theory. The outline of white contrasts with the red and makes the lettering really stand out.

The color scheme of the Puzzlemaker banner is based on analogous colors. Instead of using 3 colors side by side on the color wheel, it flows from 6 colors, yellow through purple.
