Are you saying that if I am donor, than just saying the words "I do not want to be legally responsible to my biological child" will exempt you from legal obligations/rights to the child?

As much as I know, in every country in the world, unless you do the PROPER legal paper work, you are the lagal father of a child born from your sperm - rights and obligations.
