Sighing to herself, Leica got quickly dressed and walked outside into the dim late afternoon sunlight. She could see the ocean from where she was standing, for her apartment was in the fishing district, which was next to the market. She looked at Pariseas' Tavern. She sighed, knowing that Callie was going to be working tonight. She looked over at a vendor and decided to buy an apple.
She quickly ate before she unlocked the doors of Pariseas' Tavern. Then, she felt someone attack her, she screamed and fell to the floor.
