at all with your statements about drunk drivers, there are individuals at the bottom of the gutter who are able to crawl out of that hole, reform and go on to live good, respectable lives. I heard Bush while campaigning, never try to hide the fact that he had been a drunk. It's to his credit that he was able to overcome it. It shows a great deal of strength on his part. Many are never able to. I say this as someone who has been the victim of a drunk driver and also as someone who had to suffer the horrors of a parent who had the problem and then went on to straighten out his life.
