Hey that sucks - lots!
I've bought the WW tapes via amazon and via blackstar - no problems there, they are both very reliable. I always got my parcels and if they couldn't send something cos it was out of stock, they never made the mistake to charge it (which sometimes happens with other online shops). And specially Amazon offers safety conditions in case the parcel gets lost...
Where did you buy your tapes? In UK you should have been able to get them from some video stores as well...
but as you already paid for them (in advance? by creditcard? per cheque?) you should insist on getting them. As Len said, it's usually their job to prove that they send the tapes - and whether by Royal Mail or some delivery company...
and they owe you a substitute if anything gets broken or vanishes.
As far as I recall it, the cheapest online offer was 4.99 per tape (just for a few months at Amazon) and otherwise 10.99 or 9.99 at Blackstar and Amazon likewise... that's a lot of money...
If I was you I'd at least try to make them send you a substitute - even if you can rely on your fellow Worst Witch Worshippers for copying a tape or two...
As the Auntie is not here just now, I'll provide a hearty "There, there!"...and keep my paws crossed...if you insist on it, they still might send you your tapes!
