Lee, you are right of course, and the blue, blue/brindle shows up when I breed brindle to brindle, sometimes resulting in a dilute blue fawn...I don't breed for color and do not let it influence my decisions on which dogs to keep in the program...I don't like white or Irish marked either, but all else equal...what are you going to do? Breed from the best.

Night Train was an African import SABT dog bred by John Hendricks...Gordo's dam was an SABT import from the guy who started the whole thing...Lucas of Mizpah. Both nice dogs, both brindle. You tell me.
