They have defined $1.2 trillion of the current deficit as Bush's.

If you further add up the deficits Bush created, it exceeds $4 TRILLION due to UNFUNDED tax cuts, UNFUNDED Prescription Drug Plan, UNFUNDED Iraq War. Medicare Advantage has hurt SS and Medicare. That program provides 150 treatments already covered under Medicare but at a much higher cost because insurance companies are running it.
