 I just thought of something else that may help you grasp the feeling of not knowing. Not knowing is what the mind is trying to avoid. Not knowing is prior to, and senior to the mind. Yes, the mind has it place but the wisdom of the body is what we need to learn to trust. There is a feeling of Being that is not the mind. It is a presence that has no qualities and no form. The thinking mind can not comprehend it and it doesn't need to. That feeling of Being is not knowing. I hope this is something that makes sense to you. Love, Ben
