He moved closer to Aragorn, putting a hand on his arm. He hated seeing Aragorn like this, he shouldn't ever have to be this sad or afraid. 'Why is he afraid? Does he think that I'll leave him? That definately won't be happening.' "You don't have to worry about that." Legolas looked away, his cheeks coloring and his hand went to his left arm. "When I got my first master and he put that band on, I knew one spell." Legolas took a deep breath, still avoiding looking at Aragorn. "I guess I should start at the beginning." He looked around the room for a minute, trying to figure out a way to say this. "I'm an elf. But I'm also a prince. My full name is Prince Legolas Greenleaf. And, same mating aren't that uncommon with us." He shifted on the bed, his hands playing with the bedspread. "And in the royal family, they have this...if we choose to be with a male partner..."
